Idaho’s federal courts addresses cases involving federal law, constitutional issues, disputes that cross state or national boundaries, and bankruptcies. It is a separate court system from the Idaho Judicial Branch, operated by the U.S. government, with courthouses in Boise, Coeur d’Alene, and Pocatello.
